2021 Sales Policy. Please read the sales policy thoroughly before purchase. Payment will be considered acceptance of these terms regardless of whether you have read them or not.
100% of purchase price is required up front to purchase a rabbit over 8 weeks of age. No sale is final until paid in full. I reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time for any reason. If cancellation is done on my part I will refund full amount of payment. If cancelation of purchase is done by the buyer they forfeit payment of the rabbit. Price of a rabbit is subject to change at any time and littermates may not be the same price due to various reasons.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required on any rabbit under 8 weeks of age and the rest is due upon pick up or prior to the animal leaving with transport. BABIES WILL NOT LEAVE BEFORE 8 WEEKS OLD. If said baby passes away before 8 weeks of age a replacement of equal value will be offered or a refund. Refund will only be offered if the baby has passed and a replacement is not an option (ie a specific color or breeding that can no longer be repeated)
Buyer is responsible for ALL transport fees and arrangements made. I have transporters I recommend but should you choose to use another transporter I hold the right to refuse transport if I feel the situation is unsafe for the rabbit for any reason. We do our very best to meet with transport on the next available run however sometimes schedules do not line up. If transport is missed the rabbit will be held at the rabbitry until the next transport and no refunds are given. If you so chose to transport with us, payment of the rabbit and transport fees are due in full before departure.
After deposit or full payment of the rabbit has been made the buyer has 10 DAYS to arrange transport or pick up for the rabbit. It is ok if the transport is passed the ten days but it must be arranged, paid for and confirmed within the ten days. If no transport or pick up is arranged within the ten days then payment is forfeited on the rabbit and will then go back up for sale.
Buena Vista Bunnies Rabbitry has a 24 hour health guarantee for PICK UP ONLY. If the rabbit should become ill or deceased within the first 24 hours there will be a replacement rabbit in place but no refund. If the animal is to be transported to you, we hold no health guarantee once the animal is in the care of the chosen transporter.
If you are looking for a certain color or sex of rabbit you may request to be notified when a litter has been born or one becomes available. This in no way guarantees you first pick of the litter and you have 24 hours to respond letting me know you are still interested before we move on. We do not keep a strict waiting list. If you are requesting to be notified you must be aware that litters can run $150 or more and prices are firm.
Buena Vista Bunnies Rabbitry does not guarantee final sex, show quality or reproduction of any animal. We strive to do our very best at sexing and quality evaluation of each animal however things change and sometimes develop different than we think they will.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone and to change policies as we feel needed.
Buena Vista Bunnies is a family owned and operated small rabbitry with very limited litters and availability. We aim for quality, not quantity. Tiffany our CEO, is a 9 year old 4-H member, Girl Scout, and Dancer, who enjoys Horseback Riding, Lionhead Bunnies, creating and coding, playing Roblox, and spending time with her family. Angelo our COO, is 4 years old and loves all things animals. He hopes someday to be the first Bunny Trainer on Americas Got Talent and looks forward to becoming a 4-H Clover this next year. Angelo loves all the Lionhead bunnies and is our number one bunny socializer. He also enjoys his guinea pig Squiggles, his Golden Boy Rocky Roo and his littermate kitty Kiera. Tiffany and Angelo’s Mom and Dad both grew up actively involved in 4-H and oversee the day to day operations of Buena Vista Bunnies!
